Bloomin’ Marvellous is a local, family-run landscape garden company based in South London with 25+ years’ experience designing, building and caring for gardens of all sizes. They create calm, practical, beautiful outdoor spaces that work for real life, tailored to how clients want to use the space and how much maintenance they want.
Bloomin’ Marvellous has a strong reputation built over 25 years, but their business followed a familiar seasonal rhythm. Ilona wanted to balance out the seasonal fluctuations by showing that gardening is a year round service.
Instead of specific service lists, Ilona wanted something relatable and practical, Showing Small Gardens, Medium Gardens & Large Gardens.
Creating a cohesive brand identity across all socials, website and print media.
Positioning Ilona as the expert of landscaping knowledge and showcasing the results of their work across all platforms.
We started by performing a deep dive into the established business, and producing a range of analytic documents that explored the Business Foundations, the Target Audience, and the current social media and marketing pillars over the past 2 years.
We used this information to restructure the services and language for a more user friendly customer experience, and booking system.
We integrated the footage library we had built with them over the past 2 years to bring the visuals to life on the website, and planned the next 12 months of filming and photography that would strengthen their identity.
On the weekend of the website launch in January, Blooming Marvellous had 5 new client enquiries. In the first month they had 42 new enquiries. Website visitors are up by 437%, google searches are up by 343%.
Every 6 months we plan 3 full filming and photography days, shooting across a range of topics including gardening tips, finished projects, staff profiles, and service introductions. these footage libraries are edited into social libraries with over 150 films per year.
